Your Grade:
Your final grades will depend on the following:
- Products: the products that you create for your client--their
correctness, completeness, and understandability
- Process: the way you went about developing the project--planning,
scheduling, using appropriate tolls and methods, and meeting the schedule
- Teamwork: how well you worked with the others on your team to
complete the project--communication, cooperation, contribution
- Client evaluation of process and product: how well he/she thought
things went and how satisfied he/she is with the end results
- Peer evaluations: Your evaluation of the performance of yourself and your teammates.
Because these are not well-defined, they are neccessarily subjective.
But, good work and good results will earn you a good grade; poor work
and/or poor results will earn you a not-so-good grade.
Schedule: This is up to you, as a team, to determine.
